I design and build complete systems, with twenty years of experience and the speed of a team of AI agents.
I'm Emiliano Daniele, a software architect. Web applications, APIs, integrations and cloud migrations: I start from a living specification, direct specialized agents in parallel and keep what machines still can't do, which is understanding your business.
How I work, live
An example based on real projects: how a migration moves from specification to production.
- terminalclaude
- command/sdd-new migrate-orders-warehouse
- exploreJava EE monolith (Struts 2 + JSP + Oracle): 12 modules, 3 integrations.
- memoryRecalling the base platform and the decisions from two earlier migrations.
- proposeModule-by-module migration: Spring Boot API + React web app, running alongside the legacy system.
- spec12 specifications · 146 acceptance scenarios
- tasks6 deliveries, one per week
- command/sdd-apply delivery 3/6 · orders and stock
- backend▸ Orders and stock API · 212 tests ✓
- frontend▸ Orders, search and stock alerts · tests ✓
- data▸ Data migrated from Oracle to PostgreSQL and reconciled against the original
- security▸ 2 findings: vulnerable dependency and excessive permission → fixed
- command/judgment-day
- verdictjudge A ✓ judge B ✗ 1 objection → fixed → ✓ verdict: approved
- terminaldeploy delivery 3 in production · orders now flow through the new system
- terminaldeploy deliveries 4 to 6: invoicing, carriers and reports
- terminalcutover week 6 · last module migrated · legacy server switched off
- result✓ in production: 6 weeks, without stopping operations
Three steps, always in the same order
Specification.
Every project starts with a rigorous document that does two things: it aligns us on what will be built and it gives the agents precise instructions.
Orchestration.
Several specialized agents work in parallel: one on the backend, one on tests, one reviewing security. I keep control of the architecture.
Review and delivery.
Nothing reaches production without critical review. Everything is traceable back to the specification, so the system can be maintained and evolved.

1 + n
one architect, n agents
I decide the architecture; the agents work in parallel.
6
sectors
From ministries to mobile apps, through logistics, fleets, fashion and entertainment.
10
years of own platform
A reusable base that has evolved since 2016: from Spring and Struts 2 to React 19 and Spring Boot.
3
co-founded companies
Dadatickets and NextBand in 2016, Infinite Context in 2018.
4

Justice, the Presidency, Public Administration and Territorial Policy, through Ibermática and Capgemini.
What I build
Web applications and APIs.
From specification to production on AWS, ready to grow.
Integrations.
I connect your systems (ERP, CRM, payments, telephony) so information stops being passed around by hand.
Modernization.
I move legacy systems to the cloud without stopping operations.
Applied AI.
Agents, automation and assistants with memory, built into your real processes.
Done, not promised.
Real systems in six sectors, from ministries to mobile apps.
Logistics
Telemetry integrations
Fleet GPS data relayed in real time to the control towers of international logistics operators.
Since 2019
Fleets
Three platforms migrated to the cloud
On a common technical base, without stopping operations.
One platform's website, in production in 8 days
Fashion and e-commerce
SizeMe
Architecture and development of iOS and Android apps, an API and a plugin for online stores that recommend the right size.
Targets the ~25% of returns
Public sector
Systems for four ministries
Human resources, procurement, citizen services and data warehousing.
2006 – 2015
Entertainment
Dadatickets
Official ticket sales and resale on a single platform, on AWS.
Co-founded in 2016
IoT
NextBand
Proximity marketing, payments and events with beacons and NFC.
Co-founded in 2016
Over twenty years building software that other people have to maintain
Ministries, my own startups and multinationals across several countries. That is where a conviction comes from: the best architecture is the one the real team can maintain, not the one that looks good on a diagram.
