The data in the contact form: your name, your email address, your company (optional) and the message you write.

I use it only to answer your enquiry. I send no marketing communications and do no profiling.

When you send the form, your message goes through Amazon Web Services (AWS), in its Ireland region, which forwards it to me by email. AWS does not store it, and the technical logs of the delivery do not include your details.

The message arrives at a mailbox hosted by iCloud (Apple). If sending fails, the form opens your own email app with the message prepared.

AWS and Apple process the data on my behalf, only to provide these services. Apart from them, I do not share your data with anyone, except where the law requires it.

I keep your data while I handle your enquiry. If a professional relationship follows, I keep it for the periods the law requires.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contacto@egdaniele.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
